Gypsy culture: their women drop out of school at age 14 to get married illegally. Since they have no education, they have nothing to teach their children, who grow up as undomesticated animals. Crime & lawlessness is their first nature. There is noone to blame for their behaviour other than themselves. I pity a Ukrainian war refugee more than a gypsy.
