We allow lawful user-generated content, including controversial and graphic material that reflects real-world incidents.

Users access the Website at their own discretion.
We do not edit or blur footage for intensity, provided it complies with these Guidelines.
However, we do not permit gratuitous, exploitative, or gore-focused content.
3 Graphic Content Standard
We allow newsworthy footage that may contain graphic elements.
We do not allow
- Excessive gore without informational value
- Dismemberment-focused content
- Content uploaded solely for shock value
- Graphic self-harm videos
Moderation note

- Nudity unrelated to legitimate news reporting
5 Political & Controversial Speech
TheWorldWatch allows:
- Offensive political speech
- Harsh criticism of governments
- Religious criticism
- Controversial viewpoints
- Conspiracy discussions
- Strong opinions on public policy

6 Doxxing & Privacy Boundaries

9 Enforcement
Violations may result in:
- Content removal
- Account suspension
- Permanent account termination
- Referral to law enforcement when appropriate
We maintain internal records of enforcement actions.
10 Platform Status
TheWorldWatch operates as an interactive computer service under 47 U.S.C. ยง 230.
Users are solely responsible for the content they upload.
