The 17-year-old rapper was found unresponsive in Suffolk, Virginia, on May 15, according to police.

No, the gun manufacturer should not be held accountable. If you point a loaded gun at your head and pull the trigger then the results will be predictable. If they weren't then you should be able to sue.
