seful Idiot Kristen Welker's PATHETIC defense of California election fraud DEBUNKED

Larry O'Connor takes Welker to task for the rigged system she's dismissing.

"The real scandal coming out of California right now is quite possibly every single thing we are seeing transpire before our very eyes is 100% legal."

O'Connor explains that anyone with a functional brain can see what's happening in California and know that the election is being stolen.

"You can steal something and not break the law. And that's what's happening here. They are stealing it without actually breaking the law."

As a former Californian resident, O'Connor breaks down the entire process.

"This is the election system in California as we speak. Anybody who is a registered voter gets a ballot mailed to them, and you register to vote because you walk into a DMV, and you automatically get registered no matter what. And as you know, California leads the nation in giving driver's licenses and registrations to illegal immigrants, people who are in the country illegally, and they're getting driver's ed. They're getting commercial driver's license in California right now. And when you go through the process, they register you to vote. And there is no check for citizenship. There's no check for ID, there's no check for anything. And they'll register to vote. And you're on the voter rolls."

O'Connor even stated he hasn't lived in Los Angeles County since 2012, and he's STILL being notified by email that his ballot has been mailed to him.

"I don't know who's got it. Whatever address I used to live in has has the Lawrence O'Connor ballot, and I'd love to know if I voted. I probably have without anyone knowing it."

And then comes the issue of ballot harvesting...

"In California, individuals can go and collect ballots from anyone. They can go and knock on the doors and say, 'Hey, give me your ballot. I'll take care of it for you' legally. And those people who knock on your door and collect your ballot, they call it 'ballot harvesting,' they can work for political entities. They can work for political action committees."

"They can go and they can pick and choose what ballots they want to collect. And they bring them in or they don't. And every mail in ballot, there is no ID required for every single mail in or drop box ballot. All you've got to do is sign the ballot. But of course, it would be discriminatory to allow somebody who is illiterate and can't write their name to not vote."

"So when you sign your ballot, you can just make a mark. You can make a smiley face if you want, but it's witnessed. Don't worry. There's a little box for a witness to sign. But of course, there's no name associated with a witness. It's just a signature. And oh, by the way, when those ballots are collected, the witness signature isn't checked."

"They just check that there is a signature for a witness. So, of course, there's nothing keeping people from making a little mark on the signature for the voter. And then that same person squiggling the witness box, putting it in an envelope and then having those votes come in. Oh, what else are they doing in California? Well, they allow ballots that come in as late as a week after Election Day to be counted. That doesn't seem right. Oh. It's okay. The ballot had to be mailed or put into a Dropbox or delivered by Election Day. But of course, if it's not postmarked, they'll overlook that. If there's no postmark at all on the envelope, they'll just look at whatever date you put on it and they'll trust you, and then they'll count the ballots."

"Every single thing I just described for you is accurate and legal. They're not breaking the law. They're following the laws that they have written so that they can get away with this garbage and everyone knows it."

Thousands of homeless voters were registered to vote at LA shelters — despite many not living there or the facilities not having any beds.

And as Spencer Pratt was eliminated by Nithya Raman in the mayor’s race on Monday night, it can be revealed that one drop-in center that received $600,000 from the socialist candidate had 185 registered voters at the address but offers no accommodations.

The revelations have prompted US Attorney Bill Essayli to say he will investigate the concerns uncovered by The Post and “follow the evidence” to see if the law has been broken.

A review of records shows 7,600 voters tied to homeless shelters and service providers.

Among them was St. Joseph Center in Venice, a homeless services drop-in center with 185 registered voters tied to its address. The organization received a $600,000 taxpayer-funded grant awarded by Raman while she chaired the City Council’s Housing and Homelessness Committee.

Last week, The Post contacted her campaign and the center seeking comment regarding the relationship between the councilmember and the organization but has not heard back. However, a photograph showing Raman presenting a check was taken down from its website following our inquiries.

Martin Rowe, a homeless man living in Venice, told The Post he was registered to vote during an outreach effort outside a Ralphs grocery store.

“They asked you all the questions,” Rowe said. “They gave you a paper.”

The largest concentration of homeless voters was at the Midnight Mission in Skid Row, where voting records show 1,160 registrations — but its website shows it only has beds for 84 men and 36 women.

One homeless man on Skid Row, Norman, said he’s witnessed voter registration efforts in the area for years and claims he had previously been paid to help sign up voters — and that cigarettes were offered to some people during the drives.

“It was a big push to get a certain area of town registered to voting,” Norman, who declined to give a last name, citing a pending court case

“They are just doing it because we’re here. You see people sitting around. It’s just a few lines to sign and you’re a registered voter.”

The Post could not independently verify who provided them or whether the activity was connected to any campaign, political organization or voter registration group — but the details echo a similar case previously reported by our newspaper. In that case, a Marina Del Rey woman agreed to plead guilty to bombshell charges that she paid homeless people on Skid Row to register to vote in a 20-year scheme tied to illegal petition signature collection.

Three addiction treatment and crisis service providers also appeared among addresses with significant numbers of registered voters.

Voter registration records reviewed by The Post show more than 80 registered voters across four behavioral health and addiction treatment facilities: the Corner of Hope Mental Health Service Center, Volunteers of America Alcohol Services, Los Angeles Centers for Alcohol and Drug Abuse, and Homeless Health Care Los Angeles’ Harm Reduction Center.

The Post also identified 313 registered voters tied to addresses associated with Los Angeles County social services facilities.

Essayli said, “California has effectively decriminalized election fraud by removing basic fraud detection that are common in other states.

“Dirty voter rolls, with no voter ID and unregulated ballot harvesting is a open invitation for bad actors to commit fraud.

“If California wants to restore public trust, we invite them to comply with federal law and allow us to audit its voter rolls — what are they afraid of.”

Garrett Fahy, an attorney who practices election law in California, told The Post the registrations identified during our review reflects how California’s election system is designed to operate.

“The system is not set up to prevent people from voting. It’s to ensure anyone who can register votes,” Fahy said.

He noted that county election officials generally are not tasked with independently investigating voter registrations but instead administer elections under state law and regulations established by lawmakers and the secretary of state.

Fahy said the concentration of voters registered through shelters, service providers and other nontraditional addresses should be viewed within the broader framework of California election law.

“This is the system that our representatives have given to us,” Fahy said. “If you don’t like our system, don’t yell at your local elections official. Go yell at Sacramento and go yell at the secretary of state because those are the people who determine the laws that we have.”

Fahy added that the voter registrations reviewed by The Post appear to be a product of policy choices made over many years by state lawmakers, not actions taken by local election workers.

“This is how our system works as it was intended to work,” Fahy said.

California law also permits voters to designate another individual to return a completed ballot on their behalf.

When sanity prevails we will all have the equivalent of a credit card we vote with. All the protections your money enjoys. Try to shop at Amazon with a drop box for money and order and hilarity ensues. Why not do it right?
