Video shows a widely known defective pistol - Sig P320 - discharged in the agents hand after removal from the dingus. Agents reacted to gunfire, and Bob's your uncle.

His family should sue Sig Sauer. Or accept that he was a dumbass for not only refusing to obey lawful orders, but seemingly attacking another person on video in the process, resisting arrest, and doing so while armed - which compounds the severity of his wrongdoings. On top of carrying a defective pistol, because "mine hasn't discharged on its own yet."

Well, now it has.

@OwMyBawls He attacked no one and disobeyed no orders. He was attacked and dragged to the ground without provocation by completely incompetent, trigger-happy agents. They escalated a completely harmless situation, and their breathtaking incompetence led to the death of an innocent man. They all must be brought to justice.
