This footage is not great at all but based on what i can see - as he was going down he started to reach under his shirt towards his waste area 40 41 second mark. Then he goes down to the ground. Then you see agents punching him which i assume he was not giving the agents his arms to detain him. Then the shooting starts which anyone with an ounce of common sense knows at that point they probably saw the gun he was about to pull out. I do not believe this was an execution. He was clearly resisting and he had to be a strong guy to handle all of those feds on him. He is the reason he is dead no other reason!

Okay, so what, he had concealed carry permit. So do I but I'm not going to protest somewhere where I know tensions are already ramped up and carry my gun. If I did carry and I wanted to protest, I would make sure I was standing on the corner minding my own business and obeying everything LEO told me.
