Oh, I recognize them. One is Siegfried, and who tried to kill him with the horseless wagon is Hagen von Tronje, a vassal (in nordic sagas the half-brother) of king Gunther/Gunnar. They are disputing because their wives Kriemhild of Siegfried and Brunhild of Gunther didn't get along, so Hagen decided to defend Brunhild's honor and seize the Nibelung treasure by killing Siegfried, who got that from slaying a dragon (or dwarfs - there is no consensus between the sagas about that). But Siegfried bathed in the blood of the dragon to become invulnerable, which he is; except a single linden leaf fell on his back, leaving a small unprotected spot. A spot on his back still not found by Hagen von Tronje as on the video it can be seen, Siegfried stands up after the attack.

Strange though, I don't recall any fellow named Polizei in this germanic myth..
