@Cripple and to add...The Constitution protects freedom of the press to report and publish without government censorship, but it does not grant CNN or any outlet a right of access to the White House. Courts have long held there is no First Amendment right to enter restricted government spaces.

Trump breaks with this tradition by handpicking journalists himself to force coverage that abandons objective, reality-based reporting in favor of praise for himself, essentially spreading fake news.
