I knew a girl who needed this surgery, due to her proportions and frame, her breasts caused her immense back pain. So while I was obviously sad to see that happen, I was happy for her and her quality of life greatly improved. Plus she went from insanely huge fun bags to well proportioned fun bags and still looked hot AF.
