The rising rapper from Chicago BloodHound Q50, who was born as Mikquale Cooper, has been shot and killed at a gas station in Fuller Park, Chicago.
The Cook County medical examiner's office identified the victim as a 22-year-old Mikquale Cooper, who was fatally shot Sunday morning in Fuller Park.
A representative associated with AMF Music Group has confirmed Cooper was the rap artist who performed as BloodHound Q50, per Chicago Sun Times.
According to Chicago police officials, Cooper was inside a car at around 4 a.m. in the 4200 block of South Wentworth Avenue when two cars approached and several people inside both opened fire at him.
Cooper was hit in the chest and shoulder and was treated by the Chicago Fire Department but couldn’t succumb to the injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene.
