A Mil Mi-8 helicopter made a hard landing in Sakhalin. According to Russian channels, the preliminary cause of the incident is a possible hydraulic system failure or kerosene fuel shortage for others, which caused the helicopter pilot to made an emergency landing.
The Mi-8, carrying journalists and election commission staff, suddenly began losing altitude while approaching an airfield on Sakhalin.
