Daytona Beach woman slams Jeep into parked car, collects six charges

This is a drunk driver in Daytona Beach in Florida and look how close it was hitting someone walking a dog.
These risks people keep doing while they are intoxicated is unreal.
Her name is Elizabeth Boucher and she is being charged with several serious charges.
1. RESIST OFFICER - OBSTRUCT W/O VIOLENCE
2. POSSESS CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE W/O PRESCRIPTION
3. TOUCH OR STRIKE
4. REFUSAL TO SUBMIT TO DUI TESTING
5. DUI INFLUENCE OF ALCOHOL OR DRUGS
6. DUI DAMAGE TO PROPERTY OR PERSON OF ANOTHER
On top of it I talked to one of witnesses and she said the driver even assaulted her and another individual as well and asked do you even know who I am.
If this lady woulda walked by walking the dog 10-20 seconds sooner she may not have been here.
Please people stop driving intoxicated.
