Whatever happened at least he was smart enough to have a life jacket on. Just last Sunday took my 13 mile bike trip through the nearby metro park. Saw a "dive team" trailer pulling in. Thought nothing of it. Towards the end of the circuit saw other rescue vehicles near the boat launch area. People crying. 48 year old male supposedly jumped off his paddle board on his own will and never resurfaced. No life jacket. Heart attack? Drunk? Lake is also known for people getting tangled in he heavy weeds, etc.
