@Cripple Even rich blacks commit more crime than poor Whites, disproving the theory that it is about 'socioeconomic factors', The only reasoning behind their discrepancy is culture or genetics. Still, we see they act similarly regardless of whatever country they live in, so I tend to lean more towards genetics.
