He isn't wrong. Ask yourself why Arab states refuse to take Palestinians?

(1) Jordan had to fight the PLO (killing up to 25,000 of them) to stop them taking over parts of Jordan after being allowed in as refugees
(2) During the 1990 Gulf War, the 400,000 Palestinian refugees living in Kuwait supported Saddam Hussein and were thrown out after the war
(3) The PLO invented the hijacking of airliners in the late 1960s
(4) The Palestinians were heavily involved in starting the Lebanese civil war and fought heavily in it
(5) The Palestinians fought on both sides during the Syrian civil war
