@QuartPlus8oz I knew a dude when I was in the service that said he'd cut his heroine with rat poison. When the local addicts found out one of his customers almost died, they wouldn't stop hounding him for it.

I don't know how true the story is, except the part about him selling drugs. That's 100%.

@JobyFluorine Libertarian would say let the shit flow in. It will drive the price down, raise the purity and safety, reduce drug related crimes, and localize the drug war to cartels trying to consolidate export business. A small fraction of that budget would be spent in more effective treatment programs.
