A viral video shows a NJ cop pull over a Black driver for "wearing a sweatshirt in hot weather"

You're black, you got pulled over, I see nothing wrong with that.

There is NO law that requires the officer to provide a supervisor. LOL. It is just an agency policy in some jurisdictions. LOL.

Look at your people. Look at what they do. What do you expect to happen? Officer maybe offer you a cup of tea an some cookies? They face death every day because of people like you. Expect to be treated with caution and disdain forever. They act on what we see. No changing that.

In many states, it is a traffic violation "for driving" with the handicap placard hanging on the rearview mirror. They are supposed to be hung from the rearview mirror only when the vehicle is parked. I've looked up NJ statute and it is in fact a traffic violation under New Jersey statute 39:3-74.
