Any questioning od this individual must be immediately suspended and shall be continued only in the presence of and with the advice of legal counsel. It very important to advise the 911 operator that "you are the victim of a crime and that you used your firearm to defend yourself." Stay on the line with police dispatch and when they say the cops are pulling up, place your fire arm in a secure location on your self or in a lockable place like a car you are next to still, and comply.
