Only a stupid, uneducated person, ideologically blinded or from the lower class, could write such nonsense. I recommend you look into the Budapest Memorandum, which the USA also agreed to in order to protect Ukraine. But these days, treaties and assurances mean nothing anymore; there are no honorable, trustworthy politicians left, except for those of "old" Europe, mainly Germany, England, France, and Italy, from which most successful Americans also come.
