A disturbing video from East Harlem, New York, captures a teenage male violently assaulting a young woman by slamming her to the ground and stomping on her head after she declined to give him her phone number.

This kid asked her for her number and if she would be his girlfriend; the girl said no. After school, he wanted to show off for his friends, so he slammed her and stomped her.

This happened Monday April 13 on 107th st and 3rd ave in East Harlem
