Woman dragged out of Car by Female Officer for not complying, Justified or No?
Personally, I would have Tased her until the battery died.
«Don't have the entire video to show the full context but that looks like a passenger. Passenger doesn't have to give identification to the police unless passenger was involved in a crime or under investigation in a crime. You are protected under the 4th amendment. And being rude to the police is NOT a crime. Passenger should have locked the doors and slightly lowered the windows by few inches and then proceeded the conversation with the police. Don't give them the option to just open your door or grab you. If they break into the car without just cause, you have a big lawsuit payday against the police and city for violating your rights.»
«I got wheeled over one night last week by a cop. He thought I was drinking a beer. It was actually my travel mug full of black coffee. Instead of being outraged at being pulled over for no reason, I respectfully answered his questions, and showed my license and registration. I had nothing to hide, so nothing to fear. It turned into a really nice 5 minute conversation about sharing the same birthday, and looking forward to the Christmas holidays with our families. He actually apologized for holding me up on my way home from work and wished me all the best in the New Year. If I had acted like an indignant, spoiled asshole that interaction could have gone a completely different direction.»
«Like officer Larkin on "O.P. Live" says, simply comply and then you can sort it out calmly. You'd be surprised how sympathetic the police can be if you act rationally. In other words LEAVE YOUR ATTITUDE AT HOME.»
