47-year-old Jason Douglas Paul called 911, claiming his neighbor had punched him

Paul was reportedly acting erratically and threatening to kill his neighbor

Paul made comments including, “He’s lucky I didn’t kill him,” “He’s lucky I didn’t snap his neck and kill him,” and “I’m going to get a gun, conceal it, and kill him,” according to HCSO

According to the sheriff’s office, Paul yelled out to deputies, “I’m going to kill you” and “You don’t have to be here”
