That is 100% correct. But Jews like him refuse to include that truth. Pontius Pilate was under strict orders from Caeser to keep the peace no matter what.
The Jews were gathered by the thousands in the courtyard to demand Pilate do something.
Pilate knew there was no way he would be able to keep an insurrection from happening, and all if this just days before Caeser was to visit Jerusalem.
