Video from this week captured the moments that Officers from EPPD attempted to serve a warrant in Central El Paso. The arrestee — a 28-year-old female with Autism Spectrum Disorder — was unaware of the warrant, which stemmed from an earlier fight with an acquaintance. The stress and sensory overload of the situation led to the female having a meltdown and resulted in a chaotic arrest by the Officers.
