Eyewitness reports and video obtained by local media suggest a man on board doused himself in petrol (gasoline) and set himself alight, causing the vehicle to be rapidly engulfed in flames.

A witness at the scene reported that the man who set himself on fire was speaking Albanian while yelling about pouring gasoline.
