If you pay attention to the movement of the "camera", you can see a little bit how weird it moves. Don't focus on the planes. That cant be a real camera.
And pay attention to the surroundings, the smoke, the textures of the buildings, you will notice it doesn't even try to look "foto-realistic". So I think it won't be "A.I." made.
I think is a recording from a computer game called ARMA, a "civil military simulation" so to say. Or some other computer game. I think I recognize even some "computer game sound", but they mixed some other stuff in it.
