Let me sum up this video, she slipped her cuffs, was able to access the rear of the cruiser, obtained an AR from it's case and threatened the officer. He retreated to safety and they locked her in the garage. At that point they negotiated and then had to use force to get her in custody. She's a total fucking nut job and wasn't going anywhere, besides it was good training for the police on what to do and what not to do. if it was a hardened criminal it could have been much worse
