Yes. There is an exit tax but its only paid once, whereas if they stay in the country they pay tax every year.

Bunch of retards. And who can sit through and listen to people who knows nothing about the subject. For the second time in California, there is over a trillion dollar in wealth exodus due to wealth tax. They are retarded to think by taxing unrealized gains will solve their financial problems but instead creates more problem. Learn fiscal management and budgeting and weed out the corruptions.
