In certain confrontations, I don't believe in the presumption of innocence. I assume that someone who defends themselves so vehemently and screams and whines has something to hide and/or is under the influence of drugs, period. That's why the police officer will know what he's doing, and as for these lords and ladies, you can imagine what makes them tick.
