This is only a small fraction of what actually happened. They were constantly insulting and provoking the police. One 'penguin' was arrested immediately, but the other one just kept on sucking the energy out of the situation. The officer used lawful and appropriate force, and then the batons came out. That’s when a bearded man decided to interfere, and he was arrested with some 'appropriate corrections' as well. A classic case of FAFO in Utrecht, Netherlands.
