We must be very careful when politicians announce their visions of the future. Alice Weidel announced very recently that once in power, she will demand that Ukraine (bankrupt) pay for the repair of the Nord Stream II gas pipeline, and reimburse 70,000,000,000 euros to Germany.

@oroboros Kind of misguided, as Biden actually bragged about blowing up Nordstream. But of course, the US is never going to pay up, so why not ask UKR and get some of that money back that Germany gave to Zelenski.
