The common folks from the UK are fine. Just like here as long as you aren't a weak minded Democrat in a Democrat run city or state.

Of course, we are not going to admire the black ghettos of New York, Chicago, Los Angeles, etc. It's the same thing for Europe. We cannot compare large cities in countries like Hungary, Slovakia, Poland, etc. with large cities in Western European countries, such as France, Italy, Germany, Great Britain, etc. No, it's unthinkable.
