An officer was dispatched to a Cafe & Pizzeria in Boca Raton, Florida, in response to a report of an unknown female sitting in the driver's seat of a sedan, appearing to be intoxicated. The female appeared to be drifting in and out of consciousness in the front seat. As the officer was speaking with the female, he noticed a strong smell of alcohol emanating from her breath. He also noticed her eyes being bloodshot and watery. While providing instructions, the defendant repeatedly moved her head and swayed, showing a disregard for the officer's guidance. Upon arrival at the Police Department, the female refused to submit to a breath test and remained uncooperative, declining to answer any questions posed to her. The female was later charged with DUI (Driving Under the Influence).
