He’s like having a friend that always shows up to hang out with the group to go out bowling or something, but never has money so you always end up having to pay for him and he basically gets used to just standing there with his hand out expecting you to cover him that’s what this guy is..

Go look into history, you moron. Before the Bolshevik Revolution in 1917, Ukraine did not exist! Ukraine is an artificial state, including 2/3 of Russian territory, which is mainly populated by Russians. Anyway, nothing is definitive. The borders of European states have changed several times in just over 100 years!(edit)
