@tommix1 I've heard that was a FBI vehicle. That's why there were bunch of FBI documents inside the vehicle. The vehicle was left behind for the agent safety as large hostile crowd gathered. They probably felt that they were going to be overrun and retrieving the vehicle wasn't worth it.
