No people should TRUST any government. That's why TRANSPARENCY and checks and balances must be in place, in order to establish REASON to trust governments. And even then, if you get complacent, people will tend to do what people do and try to slip one by you. That's why TREASON and other laws must be swift and harshly acted upon those who violate them - regardless of status. When heads roll, people know not to fuck around. Give governments reason to fear the people.

Look to the cartel for examples of this... Only drug running oriented lol.
