I am a very reasonable person and it was indeed reckless for her to drive in that manner around those agents, you're right in that. Prolly why DHS put that bit about agent's not intentionally and unreasonably putting themselves in a position where their only option is to use deadly force. Being in front of or behind a running car with a non-compliant driver would be a pristine example of placing oneself, intentionally and unreasonably, in a position where the only option may be to use deadly force. So, hypothetically speaking, had the agent followed protocol and not put himself in front of the vehicle, he wouldn't have any reason whatsoever to shoot a 37 year old mother of three in the face 3 times. Now, people like yourself, MAGA twats, will say she could have followed orders and not tried to evade and flee. That is also a possible outcome. But ultimately the onus lies at the feet of the government agency, in this case ICE. They are considered the adults in the room in situations like these. Again, a 37 year old mother of three was shot in the face 3 times because she bumped a cop with her car while trying to evade and flee. That's what fucking happened. We don't shoot people in the face 3 times for bumping a cop with a car in this country as a rule. That crime isn't being fucking minimised, it's not even being recognized....
