Therefore, why is it deemed racist if an individual forms a negative opinion on a certain demographic, based on stats that are freely available to everybody..??

The best thing that certain cultural groups can do, is get their fucking shit together so that people don't form a negative opinion on them based on their race, culture and/or beliefs.
