On November 3 at Saint Thomas Lutheran Church in Eastpointe, a suburb northeast of Detroit, five women argued over political views and got into a physical fight. Video captured the scuffle with pushing, striking, and one swinging a purse, leading to citations for disorderly conduct for all involved. City Manager Ryan Madis noted tempers flared among those in line, while police emphasized voting should happen without fear; no arrests occurred at the scene, and the investigation continues.
