ARTUR NOGUEIRA, SÃO PAULO (BRAZIL) — Weslley Xavier da Silva, a 37-year-old man without arms, has tragically died after jumping from a telecommunications tower in the municipality of Artur Nogueira.

He was born without arms. He still climbed a cell tower in Brazil and stayed up there for 2 hours while his mom and sister begged him to come down. Then he jumped. The video is hard to watch, but the real question is why no one could reach him in time. Mental health support needs to be better everywhere.
