These wellness-focused parties are becoming an alternative to traditional alcohol-fueled nightlife.

The idea emerged after staff at a local spa noticed that visitors were using the sauna as a place to chat and socialize.

At first, employees tried to discourage guests from talking, but over time, it evolved into a new kind of social experience combining music, connection, and wellness.

The video shows a sauna rave at Inner Flow Studio.
