Nevertheless, Zacharia appeared on media programs for YEARS and repeatedly called herself a lawyer.

Calling herself a lawyer is not a fraud, as liberals, democrats whine for it now. The word lawyer originally did and still not means exclusively attorney at law (someone passing the bar exam of a/the state(s) of the USA). Every attorney is a lawyer, but not every lawyer is an attorney - a law school graduate, even a student, a Juris Doctor can be referred to as a lawyer.
