Boss is laying down the law on these parasitic Democrat scumbags illegally panhandling in front of stores. People who work real jobs for a living want nothing to do with Democrat policies, because on some level they understand that Democrats want to tax them to death directly and via dilution of the money supply to pay off their Democrat constituents who are either on welfare or are in the administrative vampire class who oversee the Democrat machine.

If anyone on here is old enough to remember The Merv Griffin Show, he interviewed a NYC street beggar.

The beggar came in wearing a new, high end suit and tie for the show.
Merv asked him "How long did you have to beg to afford that suit?"
Beggar replied, "Nice huh? Cost me $300. I had to work all day Saturday to buy it." (Back then average salary was around $150 a week in NYC)

There was a "Beggars Union" in which you had no choice but to join. They would assign street corners and you couldn't do the same corner more than 2 weeks.
He said it would take over 3 years of weekly begging before you could end up on the same corner again.

He said, "If you were someone who was really down on you luck and needed to beg, and got caught doing it, that was a big "NO! You join or you go home disabled"."
