The psycho arrested for throwing his ex-friend and her infant from a 15th-floor Bronx balcony was spotted laughing as he was walked out of the precinct.

Angel Carrasco, 31, is accused of killing 23-year-old Nathaly Ramirez, who somehow managed to hold onto and shield her 8-month-old daughter enough for the infant to survive the plunge.

Carrasco faces charges of murder, attempted murder, manslaughter, attempted manslaughter, and assault.
