Hahn Nguyen, an Anaheim resident who was reportedly arrested days earlier in connection with an animal cruelty investigation, was seen applying dog feces to a wall in an apparent effort to discourage people from climbing over it and was being racist as seen in this video.

According to the anonymous follower, people had been using the wall as a shortcut between a nearby parking area and the street, allowing them to reach their homes without walking around the block. The area reportedly had an opening in the past, but a wall now blocks the route.

The footage appears to show Nguyen applying the feces along the wall to make it less appealing for people attempting to climb over.

The circumstances surrounding the earlier animal-cruelty arrest and this incident are separate unless authorities establish otherwise.
