It`s Called "Resisting, Not Obeying a Lawful Order"

A lawful order from police is one that is authorized by state law, complies with constitutional limits, and provides adequate notice and opportunity for individuals to comply. It is important to follow these orders, as failing to do so can result in arrest, even if the order seems unjust.

In others words...STFU, follow the LEO instructions, and argue the issue in court. Not on the side of the road, you will loose every time! Plus may get more charges against you. And DON'T physically fight with the officer! Our system is the way it is because of POS like this thinks they are Cracker Jack box lawyers. The system is no where near perfect, it is better than any other DOJ I've seen. Compared to other countries, we are in a utopia. If you don't like it...run for office and change the policy/laws or get the hell out of this country. Fairly fucking simple choices.

Remember boy's and girls...Cops are not your friend, nor do they want to be. The only right you Have to know and follow is... "You have a right to be silent"... you know the rest.
