Police responded to a reported physical altercation outside Staples plaza. Following an investigation, Kim Soto was arrested for allegedly assaulting a man and for disorderly conduct.

During her mother’s arrest, her daughter tried blocking my camera before knocking it to the ground. Officers immediately placed her in cuffs for disorderly conduct.

The video includes a comment from Sgt. Hamilton of the Brattleboro Police Department.

Just because you are arrested does not mean you are guilty of a crime, and the investigation is ongoing.

@ZuluHunters Just do as her biological father. Don't have to be around forever. The moment she's not satisfying the needs and urges, and getting the looks of her mother, meanwhile not being thankful enough - it's time to leave.
