My wife used to drive on the motorway with both hands towards the top of the steering wheel. As a professional driver at the time.... i explained to her... "when I drive down the motorway and I see someone driving with both hands at the top of the wheel? I give that person TONS of space as I drive by" reason? Because that screams "I'm inexperienced" to me . Nowadays she drives with one hand at the bottom, with a coffee in the other hand
