@justanothersurfer well, the kids had just arrived, but the park looks pretty empty. The father was right to speak to him, but it could've been a misunderstanding. He was simply scrolling through his phone in an empty park, on a cloudy day. Maybe he was waiting for his own kid, saving his spot...maybe he had a communication barrier. I did not like the father's tone of voice, but I understand his concern.
