3. After halt, showing the attitude, acting fishy, meanwhile the PO is getting results on driver.
4. Ordered to get out of the car. Starting to resist.
5. Soon to be "victim" tries to overwhelm the cop, who goes absolutely physical.
6. Now dindu nuffin, AKA "Mr. criminal record white as himself and the virgin snow" is REACHING back into the car, for what could be a weapon.
7. After the struggle, cop pulls weapon, and when Randy Martin turns to him holding sg. in one hand - what he threw over the car at 0:29, after the first shots - fires the remaining shots, just to be sure.
